TSX Slaps Pure Trading with Copyright Lawsuit

In the suit, TSX alleges that Pure Trading copied the exchange's messaging protocols, which would allow Pure clients to connect to the new exchange in the same way that they connect with the TSX. An official from Pure Trading "strenuously rejects" the idea of any wrongdoing.
