CITI SENDS EXECS TO LONDON

Underscoring its focus on markets outside the U.S., global banking giant Citi is planning to base two heads of global business in London, according to media reports. Richard Evans has been appointed to the newly created role of head of global electronic execution for the bank's equities trading business and will be responsible for Citi's electronic dealing systems. Meanwhile, Paco Ybarra, one of three heads of Citi's fixed income, currencies and commodities business
