Baillie Targets Dealers for Market Axess Europe

One-year-old Market Access Europe has about half the membership of its US division. The unit’s new head aims to boost critical mass to more comfortable levels.
After seven years at Schroeder Salomon Smith Barney, Iain Baillie was ready for a change. In late March, Baillie joined the considerably smaller Market Axess to head up its European headquarters in London.
