(right) has joined BGC Partners as director, head of e-commerce in North America, in charge of client services, business development and support. Based in New York, he reports to Philip Norton, executive managing director, e-commerce, at BGC's headquarters in London. England worked for five years at GFI, where he was head of data and analytics for Europe. Prior to that, he was an interest rate swaps and options broker, specializing in the German and Swiss markets.André Boisvert
