The tight IT job market means user firms are scrambling for bodies. So where are they finding them?

Painewebber's looking to increase its IT staff by 15 to 20 percent next year, says Natalie Leone, corporate vice president of staffing. And PaineWebber isn't the only one. "At the end of the year we should be slowing down, but we're not," says Colleen O'Hora, director of corporate recruiting at Salomon Smith Barney (SSB).
