Citigroup (citigroup.com) is preparing to move traders and staff out of at least four separate London locations and into the first of two new buildings in Canary Wharf. The first stage of the move, dubbed Project Oliver (the movie was filmed nearby), includes three new trading rooms and is due to be finished by July.
