The Pinnacle Alliance is among the most controversial and widely debated IT projects on the Street. Critics pummeled it even while JP Morgan counted its savings. But the passage of time--four and a half years, to be exact--has helped put the $2.1 billion, seven-year outsourcing deal in perspective.
