Instinet and Credit Suisse announce dark pool reciprocity
Investment bank Credit Suisse
and Instinet Europe, the European agency brokerage subsidiary of Instinet, have announced that they have executed their first trades in each other's dark pools via their smart order routers and algorithmic trading platforms. Instinet claims that enabling mutual access (to their respective dark pools) will provide both firms with access to additional liquidity in an effort to seek out the best possible execution for their clients. Terms of the deal have not beenOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
