MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
PROVO, Utah--Troubled technology consultancy Cambridge Technology Partners, which has long been rumored to be on the selling block, was finally acquired by software provider Novell. The aim is to successfully combine Cambridge’s expertise within the financial services sector with Novell’s strength in the business, government and education industries.
