Buy-side OMS uptake still far from widespread

The debate over order management systems (OMS) and how much buy-side firms have adopted them is set to continue indefinitely. For every consultant who says significant numbers of buy-side firms have warmed to such technologies, there is another who will argue that buy-side firms simply do not generate the trade volumes that warrant such implementations.
