Michael Fergang Joins Bisys Fund Services As Chief Information Officer

Michael Fergang, a financial technologist formerly of Lehman Brothers and the Franklin Templeton Group, has been appointed vice president of information services and technology of Bisys Fund Services, a third-party administrator and distributor of mutual funds for banks, investment firms and insurance companies.

The job is new both for Fergang and Bisys, created because of the firm's "exponential growth," Fergang, says.
