Watkins to Lead BNY Mellon Markets Team in EMEA

Dan Watkins has been appointed head of BNY Mellon Markets for EMEA, succeeding Richard Gill, who announced his retirement earlier this year.

Dan Watkins, who co-founded LatentZero in London with Richard Jones, will head up BNY Mellon Markets for EMEA.

Watkins has significant industry experience, ranging from senior roles at JPMorgan and Jardine Fleming to co-founding buy-side fintech firm LatentZero, along with Richard Jones. He is based in London and will report to Michelle Neal, with regional accountability to Michael Cole-Fontayn, BNY Mellon’s EMEA chairman.
