Anshu Jain Joins Cantor Fitzgerald as President

Jain previously spent time at Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch.

Howard Lutnick, chairman and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, said in a statement that the addition of Jain will improve the firm's client service and expand its products and services.

"We expect to leverage Anshu's global outlook, unrivaled experience, and deep network to further grow our firm," Lutnick said.

Shawn Matthews will remain a president and CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., the firm's broker-dealer subsidiary.
