Peter Moss Named CEO of SmartStream Reference Data Utility
Industry veteran joins from Thomson Reuters
SmartStream Technologies has announced the appointment of Peter Moss as CEO of the SmartStream Reference Data Utility (RDU).
The RDU, also known as the SPReD utility, was established in conjunction with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley. It aims to mutualize the cost and effort around sourcing, validating and cross-referencing data, and deliver to its members data for use in regulatory reporting and trade processing.
Moss joins the RDU after a 25-year career with Thomson Reuters
