Seth Johnson Takes Over as CEO at EBS BrokerTec

Johnson replaces Gil Mandelzis, who stepped down in July this year and will keep his position at the Icap global executive management group.

On July 21, former CEO Gil Mandelzis stepped down, stating that he wanted his carreer to take a "different path."

According to a statement, Johnson will continue to sit on the Icap global executive management group, and will report directly to Icap CEO Michael Spencer.

Spencer said in a statement that Johnson's appointment will help EBS BrokerTec meet its strategic goals.
