Mikhail Butrin has been appointed chief business officer of capital markets and investment banking for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), while Bradley Duke has been appointed as chief business officer for the UK, Europe, and USA.

The hires of both Butrin and Duke are part of the firm's ongoing drive to expand its market presence both within and outside of its native Russian market; most recently the firm received regulatory approval from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (Finra) for its acquisition of US-based interdealer-broker Alforma Capital Markets.
