Pollina Joins DTCC Board

Former RBC executive to serve on three committees

Lisa Pollina, formerly vice-chairman at RBC Capital Markets, has joined the board of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC).

Pollina will serve on the audit, finance/capital and risk committees. She is currently also a board member at Two Harbors Investment Corporation and at consultancy Oliver Wyman.

"Lisa brings a unique and important perspective based on her deep experience in financial services as well as strong leadership capabilities. She will be an important voice in working with us to shape the strategic direction of the firm as we continue to help the industry navigate through a challenging economic and regulatory environment."

Pollina's industry experience also includes a senior advisory role at RBC International, and an executive role at Bank of America.
