The Waters Weekly Wrap: November 16-20
Each Friday, Waters editors and journalists pull together a quick-hit series of the best analysis pieces, features, and video interviews from across the five brands-just in case you missed them.
The Tullet Prebon-Icap deal from last week has been followed up by some more mergers and acquisitions. BGC, and its subsidiary GFI, agreed to offload Trayport to ICE this week. SS&C, who has had arguably the biggest year in terms of acquisitions, closed its deal with Primatics.
Also, Tim Bourgaize Murray did a deep dive into the syndicated loans market. You can read part one here and part two here.
