Former ITRS chief joins board as non-executive director.

Kevin Covington joins Delta Capita as a non-executive director.

Former ITRS head Covington has joined Delta Capita with a charge of bringing intellectual property-led technology solutions to market, and supporting the management team as the consultancy bids for further growth. Covington is also managing director of his own consulting firm, Change Alley, and remains an advisor to ITRS, where he served as chief executive beginning in 2009.

"[Covington] will play a critical part in shaping our technology proposition and in helping position our business for growth and next stage investment," says Joe Channer, CEO at Delta Capita.
