Lou Maiuri Appointed Head of State Street Global Exchange

Former SVP Paul Fleming to take charge of head of securities finance group.

State Street currently has $2.4 trillion in assets under management.

Previously in charge of leading State Street's securities finance group, Maiuri has also held positions at BNY Mellon as deputy chief executive officer of asset servicing and head of the global financial institutions group within the bank's asset servicing business, as well as roles with Eagle Investment Systems and Fidelity Investments.
