SmartStream Expands in Europe, Appoints Daniel Pedersen to Sales Director
Pedersen to head its sales and business development department in Europe.

Pedersen will have a key role in leading the firm's strategic European initiatives.
With more than 20 years' experience in financial services, including major banks as well as technology companies. Prior to joining SmartStream, Pedersen worked at RiskMetrics for four years, where he held several senior sales roles, and for MSCI following its acquisition in 2010.
Pedersen also worked for BNP Paribas in London in structured equity derivatives, and Deutsche Bank where he worked in sales and structuring for global markets and strategic equity transactions covering Scandinavia and Germany.
