Broadridge Taps DiGiacomo for Professional Services Unit Expansion

The professional services arm—part of Broadridge's Global Technology and Operations business unit—focuses on helping financial institutions navigate regulatory and operational challenges and execute large business transformation initiatives.

The expanded practice will offer transformation planning, cost optimization, risk and compliance consulting, application development and integration services.

"In addition, this growing expertise will reinforce the continued evolution and innovation of our industry-leading technology platforms."

DiGiacomo joins Broadridge with 20 years of experience, including 10 years in senior roles at JPMorgan Chase. He has experience leading large-scale transformation projects at major financial institutions following mergers and regulatory and structural reforms, and has helped emerging firms establish new operating models to achieve growth.

He will report to Arun Sharma, COO of the Global Technology and Operations unit.
