Pershing Has Eye on Client Onboarding for 2015

Pershing's CIO talks about some of the trends he has his eyes on

So as 2014 comes to a close, Pershing, a financial services provider, says it will focus on doing just that for the client onboarding process.

Pershing CIO Ram Nagappan tells Buy-Side Technology that the BNY Mellon subsidiary is looking to streamline the entire onboarding process.

"The industry wants this to be easier, simple, straightforward and inclusive" Nagappan says. "E-sign every document. No paper. Fund the account electronically much faster to get the client up and running."
