Culhane Departs Fidelity ActionsXchange
Deborah Culhane has left her role as chief operating officer at Fidelity ActionsXchange, the corporate actions information unit of Fidelity, becoming a senior vice president at Optum Financial Services, a health benefits company.
Culhane, who joined Fidelity in 2008, worked on data strategies for contending with regulatory compliance issues. Her previous roles included work for Equiserve, 440 Financial Group and State Street.
