Deutsche Bank Adds Shannon, Marcar to Technology Team

Richard Shannon was named Americas chief information officer (CIO) and co-head of group technology and operations (GTO) Americas, while Scott Marcar was selected as head of IT infrastructure. Both will join Deutsche Bank in October.
Shannon, who was previously serving as global head of web platforms technology at Goldman Sachs, will be based in New York and support the bank's compliance and regulatory technology initiatives.
