Nasdaq OMX NLX Expands Board of Directors
Belchambers is the founder and former chief executive of the Futures and Options Association. He has held several positions as a regulator and market counsel and is currently deputy chairman of the Advisory Group to the European Parliamentary Financial Services Forum and of the Associate Parliamentary Group on Wholesale Financial Markets and Services, both of which he founded.
Banus and Chart will also join the NLX board to drive the exchange's growth and expansion plan. Banus is the executive director of Nomura International. He has previously held senior positions at Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), the Singapore Exchange (SGX), and Barclays Capital. Chart is a senior director for the prime clearing services at Newedge Group, and has held positions at Fimat International Banque and Man Financial.
