Tony Necakov, CTO, Instinet

Necakov joins Instinet from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where most recently he was responsible for its global equities high-touch trading technology group. Prior to that role, he served in senior trading technology development positions at JPMorgan, Merrill Lynch, Instinet, Bear Stearns, Swiss Bank and Goldman Sachs.
