BI-SAM Unveils Structural Changes to Support Growth Plan

William Haney joins the firm from Thomson Reuters; he has been appointed COO of enterprise software, and will be responsible for driving BI-SAM's B-One solutions business.

Paul Mattison has been named CFO and chief administrative officer, while Donal Smith, current member of BI-SAM's board, has been appointed non-executive chairman of the board.

BI-SAM has also announced the expansion of its research and development capabilities, including the creation of an additional research facility. CEO Alexandre Harkous says it is part of the firm's plan to expand into new products and services.
