Green to Succeed Baguet in Clearstream, Deutsche Börse Roles

Clearstream, part of the Deutsche Börse group, is headquartered in Luxembourg.

Baguet, who serves on the executive board of Clearstream International SA, will depart the company effective from 15 October 2013. Luxembourg-based Green, currently head of cash infrastructure and value-added applications at Clearstream will take over the CIO post at Clearstream, and serve at Deutsche Börse CTO on a temporary basis.

The departure was described as amicable in a Deutsche Börse-issued press release. Baguet initially joined Clearstream in 1994, becoming CIO in 2000, and Deutsche Börse CTO in February 2013. Green runs the collateral management and investment funds IT teams, having joined Clearstream in 1999 from NatWest Investments.
