Markit Appoints Jeff Gooch as Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Gooch is now chief financial officer at Markit.

Gooch joined Markit in 2007 from Morgan Stanley where he was head of global fixed-income operations. Prior to this, he worked for Ernst & Young for eight years.

Gooch will be replaced as global head of processing and chief executive officer of MarkitSERV by Brad Levy, although he will retain his position of chairman of the board at Markit.
