CLS Elects Five to Board

CLS Group has presences in New York and London.

Gérard Gil a senior advisor to BNP Paribas' General Management, David Hudson, managing director and global COO for rates, foreign exchange (FX) and public finance at JPMorgan Chase, Karen Keenan, EVP and head of global markets for EMEA at State Street, Maggie Parent, MD and COO for operations, technology and data at Morgan Stanley, and Kam Keung Tse, former head of State Street's investment servicing business in Asia-Pacific have all been admitted to the board.

CLS Group operates a risk mitigation utility for the FX markets that aims to solve issues related to settlement risk through a process known as continuous-linked settlement.
