Israel’s Bank Leumi Looks to Calypso for Capital Markets Support

tel-aviv-2
Tel Aviv-based Bank Leumi has begun implementing a Calypso-supplied front-to-back-office trading platform.

According to San Francisco-based Calypso, implementing the Calypso platform, which kicked off in January this year, will allow Bank Leumi to monitor its global exposure and provide it with a platform for its growing capital markets business.

The Calypso platform will provide cross-asset support ─ including support for interest-rate derivatives ─ providing a range of functionality from front-office trading through to back-office processing and settlement.

Specific functionality includes trading, pricing, risk monitoring, trade processing, settlement, delivery, and position-keeping.
