Cates Joins Rule Financial

Emily Cates has joined Rule Financial in London as a principal consultant in the firm's Domain Group.

Based in the consultancy's London office, Cates brings over 18 years' experience to Rule Financial across securities financing, prime brokerage, equities, fixed income and structured trades. She joins Rule from Knight Capital Europe, where she worked for 18 months as head of its London operations.

Prior to her role at Knight Capital, Cates spent eight years at Dresdner Kleinwort, most recently holding the position of global head of client and cross-products services. She also spent four years at Credit Suisse, where she held the post of vice president strategic change management and prime banking.
