Post-trade processing services provider Omgeo, a joint venture of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corp. (DTCC) and Thomson Reuters, has announced a series of changes to its advisory board, beginning with new incoming chairman Andrew Gray, managing director of core business management for DTCC. He replaces former DTCC president and CEO Donald Donahue, who remains on the board.
Gray, who was previously COO for Latin American and Canadian businesses at Merrill Lynch and a principal at Booz Allan & Hamilton, supervises DTCC's core US clearing and settlement for equities and fixed income, as well as a range of other services.
Omgeo also announced two further board appointments, including Tim Collier, CFO for Thomson Reuters' financial and risk business, and Mark Bradbury, head of global equities business services at Deutsche Bank.
"Andrew Gray, Tim Collier and Mark Bradbury are welcome additions to Omgeo's board of managers. Their talent and collective expertise in financial services and international operations management will help us to navigate the ever-changing financial landscape and drive even greater value for our global community," says Marianne Brown, president and CEO of Omgeo.
