Infront Eyes New Products, Sales Growth with Majority Stake in Infinancials

Norwegian market data and trading technology provider Infront plans to create new products that leverage content from French analytics and valuation provider Infinancials, after acquiring a majority stake in the vendor this week.

The deal gives Infront a stake of  just over 50 percent in Infinancials, though Infront plans to increase this to full ownership over the next three years.

In the meantime, Infinancials will continue to operate independently and retain its own product suite, branding
