Bats Chi-X Loses COO to Morgan Stanley
European multilateral trading facility (MTF) Bats Chi-X Europe has announced that its COO and one of the founders of Bats Europe, Paul O'Donnell, will leave this summer.
O'Donnell will return to Morgan Stanley, where he worked for 14 years before joining Bats in 2008, and will take up the role of managing director in the New York City area.
