Mandelzis Replaces Rutter at Icap
Interdealer broker Icap has restructured its electronic division to separate the reporting lines for the foreign exchange (FX) and fixed-income businesses. Gil Mandelzis, co-founder and CEO of post-trade processing vendor Traiana, has been appointed CEO of EBS, Icap's electronic FX platform. He will continue to be responsible for Traiana for the time being.
The electronic fixed-income business will continue to be run on a regional and product basis by Dan Cleaves and John Edwards.
