Leonard to Head Op Risk at DTCC
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. (DTCC) has named Andrew Leonard managing director and head of operational risk.
Leonard reports to DTCC chairman and CEO Donald Donahue. His appointment follows an initiative undertaken by the firm with Ernst & Young to enhance its operational risk management processes. Leonard will be responsible for overseeing that plan’s implementation.
