Like everyone else these days, I have many projects going on at any one time. However, the one I am most focused and passionate about is the standardization of all our sales and professional services processes across the globe, ensuring we present a single face and message to the customer.
Which part of your job takes up the most of your time?
We have a very flat structure so I don't get bogged down with administration and internal "committee meetings."
