TWO NEW CIOS AT CHASE MANHATTAN
Chase Manhattan
has appointed CIOs for its wholesale and retail banking divisions. Rick Mangogna has been named CIO for the Global Bank department. Mangongna will oversee the development and implementation of the Global Bank group's technology strategy, encompassing systems, information architecture and developing technologies, say bank officials.
