SPURR FROM ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND ELECTED FXALL CHAIR

Martin Spurr

, head of e-ventures at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) in London, has been elected as chairman of the board of multi-bank foreign exchange (FX) portal FXall. Spurr, who will assume the post immediately, succeeds Loic Meinnel, global head of FX at BNP Paribas in London. Spurr will hold the position for just over a year. The next election is due to take place in February 2005.
