Transaction Products Growth Highlights Reuters' Earnings

The highlight of Reuters' review of the first six months of 1995 was the growth in transaction products -- revenue from that product line rose 28 percent in the first half. Overall revenue growth was 15 percent, excluding acquisitions and adjusted for currency fluctuations, according to Reuters' interim statement.

Instinet revenue rose 32 percent in the first six months of the year -- 41 percent in the second quarter and 23 percent in the first, as Instinet user accesses grew to 5,200 at the end
