Optimark Restructures Post-Launch; Talks With European Exchanges

NEW YORK--Optimark Technologies Inc. is bracing for life post-launch. As such, CEO Phillip Riese says he's implemented a "radically different business structure," added several key executives and is actively pursuing talks with European exchanges.
