DRESDNER'S NEW IT EXEC
Rahul Merchant has left Sanwa Financial Products, the derivatives trading arm of Sanwa Bank, to join Dresdner Kleinwort Benson North America's New York office as executive vice president and head of information technology and operations. Dresdner Kleinwort Benson is the global investment banking division of the Dresdner Bank Group. Merchant has been selected to lead the effort to raise the performance capability of the investment bank's technology and operations
