JAMES GRABER NAMED CATS' NEW CFO, REPLACES GILBERT

, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, has appointed James Graber as chief financial officer. He replaces David Gilbert, president and chief operating officer of Cats, who had been serving as acting CFO.
