Javelin Technologies has hired Todd Tzeng as its new CFO. Tzeng comes to Javelin from Vie Systems, where he was vice president of marketing. In that role, he oversaw corporate image and developed strategic marketing relationships. Prior to that, he was vice president of development at New Era of Networks (Neon), where he built the engineering department from three people to 27.
