Reuters Buys Triad for IOI Link

LONDON--Reuters has bought assets including the Triad indication of interest (IOI) application from its developer, Easetech Financial Systems, for around $9 million, effective April 4. Reuters will integrate Triad, which was previously exclusively marketed by Bridge, with other buy- and sell-side products to target the buy-side market.
