LONDON--Reuters named Philip Green, a senior executive at DHL International, to lead its Reuters Trading Systems (RTS) division. David Ure, the executive director who has been running the group on an interim basis since chief executive Peter Job's major structural reorganization last year, will take on a new role with responsibility for exploiting the potential of the Internet and e-commerce for Reuters' existing businesses, including information and transactions.
