, the former president of New Era of Networks (Neon) International, has been named managing director of the global financial industry solutions group for Candle Corp oration, based in Santa Monica, California.Working out of Candle's New York office, Scully will oversee the financial markets business and will be responsible for handling Candle's Roma Business Services Platform middleware control suite of products for the financial sector
