West borough, Mass.-based The Tabb Group, has lured a Tower Group analyst, Robert Iati, to its side., who had been serving as research director for securities and capital markets practice. At Tabb, (named for founder and CEO Larry Tabb, another TowerGroup veteran), Iati will hold the post of managing director. Prior to joining TowerGroup in 1997, Iati held senior positions at Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank. At Lehmans, he managed the implementation of automated trading
